Refund Policy

**Returns:**

 You can return items within 30 days of receiving them.
 Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
 You need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

 **Refunds:**
   - Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.
   - If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

**Shipping Costs:**
   - You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
   - Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 **Non-Returnable Items:**
   - Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable items, custom products, and personal care items.

**Exchanges:**
   - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
   - If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to arrange the exchange.

**Late or Missing Refunds:**
   - If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
   - Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
   - Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
   - If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
